The bed was dirty upon arrival: red stain on the sheet like that of bedbugs; dirty mattress cover with stains and stray hairs.
While the housekeeping staff was attentive the following day, the absence of any on-site staff or in-person assistance with the unsanitary room makes obvious the fact that Bob’s customers and staff are less important than cost-cutting shortcuts.
Overrated and overpriced.

"What an amazing location in the center of everything, next to the Grand Central Station. We were able to check in early for 20 euros which made life easier. There was 8 of us and one of our guests was in a wheelchair and the room was handicap accessible. Only comment was they didn’t have a toilet ..."
