10/10 Excellent
"An excellent & amazing property. Everything in the room was clean & fresh, though I will note it seems to be a newer hotel so maybe time will show some wear eventually. The staff are also very kind & attentive—they even provide a personal assistant to help you with anything you need during your stay. Granted this could be a pro or con depending on your personality & culture—some more independent-minded travelers may find it a bit overwhelming/smothering, but for us it was very helpful & Atabek was very knowledgeable & showed us some great places (& was patient when we spent like 3 hours at the museum where he's no doubt been 500 times 😅). Asko, the staff at check out, was also very helpful in ensuring we had our departure drivers arranged & a smooth exit experience. The one & only area of improvement I'd suggest is the Wi-Fi. Generally it worked well but sometimes in the room it would cut out or be very slow for a half hour or so at a time. But other than that this was one of the most excellent hotel stays I've had in 2 years living & traveling in Uzbekistan! "

This central part of Takhiatash is the most developed, offering easier access to amenities and local points of interest. You'll find a concentration of shops, a market, and local eateries along its main thoroughfares. The city is designed with a relatively straightforward grid, making navigation simple.

When is the best time to go to Takhiatash?
The best time to go to Takhiatash is during the spring (April to early June) and autumn (September to October) months.

These periods offer the most pleasant weather, with moderate temperatures and less extreme heat or cold. Spring brings blooming landscapes, while autumn is known for its mild, sunny days. This makes exploring the region's natural and historical sites, such as the nearby Amu Darya River and the various archaeological sites in Karakalpakstan, much more comfortable.

For travellers interested in cultural exploration and outdoor activities, these seasons are ideal.
