We said to the staff that we would not spend the night in that room due to the above mentioned problems, but they had no empathy at all. After insisting on our request, they gave us another room (even though they said minutes before that there was no other room available) that smelled as bad as the first one, but without cockroaches, at least. We only decided to stay because they would not refund us, but deeply regret it. We had headaches because of the smoke and the bed was so hard and comfortable that our body hurt the next day. It looked exactly like the photos except the toilet window is no longer see through and it is very aged. There also appears to be some mold on the walls. The bathroom was nice and fairly clean. The shower was very good. The bed sheets were also nice and clean. My one big complaint is the bed. It was so hard I had to investigate if it was actually a mattress. I did not know such a hard bed existed. If you don’t like sleeping on a very hard mattress and sleep is important to you, do not book this hotel.
