The mini fridge in the room was not working and I was placing ice on the sink to be able to cool my drinks, I had to go three times to the front desk and ask for replace the fridge, they finally did it after the 3 time

There were a few staff that really stood out for my family and making this birthday trip special for my mom! Geena is the kindest soul we met in the Dominican Republic! Her warmth, helpfulness, and joyful energy made our experience unforgettable. Thank you, Geena!! Juan we truly adored you at the Italian restaurant and everytime we got to see you!! Bladimil at the front desk absolutely fantastic service!
