Clean comfortable although paint is chipping off shower room 116 and tiles is chipped off in the sink, mold on the ceiling need vent improvement. Free quality coffee, elevator, staff easy to talk to. Accessible place.

The hotel staff were so incredibly helpful and sweet; really good people. The hotel always smelled amazing and the rooms were cute, decently spacious and well stocked and cleaned daily. My only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have a door, that would bring my review up to 5/5.

Well located hotel convenient to metro stop with some mini markets as well as some nice bars/restaurants nearby. Breakfast was fresh and adequate for our stay. We stayed in Room 501( just opposite the lift, though no problem with noise, and could get a good night's rest). The room very clean and comfortable with extra large bed and tastefully decorated with a nice Parisienne vibe.

We stayed here for our birthday and loved it! The reception staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Davide! We stayed in a double room and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed! The hotel is in a great location and we would definitely stay here again

The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon ...
