### Couple's Retreat in Vineyard House with Terrace

Nestled on a sunny hillside, this former vineyard house is an ideal retreat for a couple. From the large wooden terrace, you can admire the valley.  
  
Nearby: Langeac (7 km) with all shops and services, supervised swimming in summer, adventure course, whitewater activities, mushroom picking, hiking, and mountain biking. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV, wood-burning stove).  
  
First floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), adjoining shower room, toilet, small mezzanine with a child's sleeping space.  
  
Enclosed garden (100 m²).  
  
Services provided by the owners:  
  
\- Wood heating via the stove (wood provided free of charge).  
  
\- Bed linen, towels, and household linen provided free of charge.  
  
\- Baby equipment: cot, high chair, playpen, baby bouncer.  
  
Optional service:  
  
\- Cleaning fee: €30, a deposit of the same amount will be required upon arrival. The room is located on the first floor of the house.  
  
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:  
  
\- Pets: €30 per stay
