"The location is convenient for walking around town. Plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. Staff were excellent and always help with your luggage. We developed altitude sickness but the hotel had oxygen and an on-call doctor if needed. The breakfast is open 3a-10a. So many options, especially native foods. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel!!"

"I stay for one night, had to leave very early for flight back. They packed a breakfast bag ready at 4:30am! I stayed three hotels during my time in Peru, this was the only hotel I felt comfortable. "Great Hotel with excellent breakfast and service. Great water pressure and hot water. We went to Machu Picchu and got delayed for 2 days returning. We had valuables in the room and our check out was expiring. We rebooked and messaged the hotel. They took care of everything. When we returned all our valuables were secured. "It is in the San Blas area so there is a walk uphill to the hotel. Streets and sidewalks are narrow which is why the neighborhood is unique which also means that you will need to go meet any tour vans. In our case someone always came to the hotel and walked us to the meeting points. Taxis and Ubers went right to the hotel. Just a 10-minute or so walk to the main plaza. Plenty of small fun restaurants in the area. If you need laundry done, then do it through the hotel it was cheap. They also arranged taxis to and from airport and more. The breakfast was great as was the staff in general."
