There was no AC in the unit, there was no shampoo for the shower, there was no remote for the large TV in the living room. On the bottom of the couch there is metal bent outward in multiple spots. My foot brushed against it and it immediately cut my foot causing it to bleed for awhile... House was clean and well kept. Within walking distance to Pep's Place for great sandwiches and Cable Car Ice Cream shop. If I've ever needed them, they return my phone call immediately and have acted swiftly on any concern I have had. The little cabin I have sits on the water and is quaint and comfortable. Floor board in front of the kitchen sink was loose and presented a tripping hazard. The bathroom fan didn’t work. And one of the key cards quit working after the 2nd day. We could easily walk to the lake shore. Also the lack of an entrance sign made cabin hard to find the first few times, esp. with road construction going on right in front. Easy to fix meals in well equipped kitchen. Tahoe Vista is a nice community. ##### Orin B.
