Comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests, the cabin features a warm and inviting open-concept living space with high ceilings and large windows that bring in natural light and peaceful forest views. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything needed for home-cooked meals, while the cosy living area provides the perfect place to unwind after a day outdoors.



The sleeping layout is ideal for families or small groups. Upstairs, the private primary suite features a king bed, attached bathroom, and laundry area. Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms—one with two twin beds and another with a king bed—along with a full bathroom.

Step outside and enjoy the serene mountain setting from the spacious deck, or relax and recharge in the private hot tub—perfect after long days skiing, hiking, or exploring Lake Tahoe.



Located near Skylandia State Park and Beach, guests have easy access to miles of hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and a beautiful lakeside beach for swimming and relaxing.

All ABP holiday rentals include high-speed internet, linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and utensils), washing machine/dryer, and BBQ (summer season).



Important: On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

Due to extreme fire danger - The use of any outdoor fire-pit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood-burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
