We parked 2 sedans on the flat parklet and could easily have fit 2 more cars on the sloped driveway--though in worse weather you would definitely need 4wd/etc. for the driveway. Easy access to plenty of hiking trails and the beach were also a plus!Two pieces of feedback would be to provide 2 keys to the property as our adult kids often had different schedules from us.Also, we had to hunt for an Allen wrench (in the garage drawer),to throw out the trash & recyclables. We left one out on the counter for others to use.
