The location was an easy drive into Tahoe city for restaurants her groceries. People in the others homes are very friendly. Boat dock workers are helpful and nice. Some of the items need to be upgraded in the home. Needs a new stove to a long time to cook meals. Better non stick pans. Also upstairs hall bathroom shower didn’t work (no water came on with the knob). Tried using the dvd in family room didn’t work. Used the one from the downstairs bedroom. The living room was a great space for us to get together for board games, but got quite cold due to large windows which was bittersweet. There were some stains on the carpet, quite a few lightbulbs were burnt out, and one of the showers was not working.
