It exceeded our expectations in terms of the size, layout of the house, heated garage, and location! We were happily surprised to find trails at the end of the street that has access to the groomed Granlibakken cross country ski trails, access to the Tahoe Rim Trail and more. Tahoe Getaway's immediate response to anything that needed to be addressed during our stay was incredible. They even had maintenance folks arrive on a Sunday to fix an issue. The furniture, beds, baths are attractive and comfortable. The kitchen is updated and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the deck with comfortable furniture and in a private setting. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The location is excellent; close to Firesign Cafe, Sunnyside and the Westshore market. The best beach, Meeks Bay, is an easy drive.
