Perched above Tahoe City, this home offers breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Tahoe from the great room, dining area, kitchen, primary suite, and two spacious decks. The light-filled open-concept great room features vaulted ceilings, a cozy river rock fireplace, and a wall of windows framing the lake. The updated kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, a wine bar with refrigerator, and an entire wall of cabinetry offering generous pantry and storage space. Wake up to lake views in the primary suite with a king-sized bed, which opens onto a private semi-covered deck. The spa-inspired primary bathroom features dual sinks, an oversized walk-in shower, and a separate toilet area for privacy. Three additional guest bedrooms, all with king-sized beds(one room can be made into 2 twins as pictured, just ask!), including a junior suite with an attached bath, offering plenty of room for family and friends. The development is close to all that Tahoe City has to offer. Rocky Ridge is a gated community of 60 acres surrounded by State Forest Land, where you can enjoy nature on one of the many hiking or mountain biking trails just steps away. Amenities include 2 swimming pools, 2 spas, tennis, basketball, playground, Bocce Ball court, and a private beach, an annex located just down the road with parking and pier, BBQ facilities, clubhouse, and volleyball court. Every vacation condo rental offers vaulted mountain-style ceilings, beautiful rock fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, all set in an open two-story floor plan. All of our rentals come with fully equipped kitchens; most kitchens do not have pantry items due to wildlife concerns. We provide all linens and towels; most units have beach towels as well. There is a washer and dryer in every rental. Every unit has Wi-Fi. There is NO A/C, this is not commonly found in Tahoe, there are fans. \*Forest View pool is being re-coated in Spring 2026, which may affect the opening date. No refunds will be given.
