  • Two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment unit very close to Lake Tahoe boat launch, bike trails or cross country ski area. Paved bike pass starts just across the street. Lake Tahoe Skylandia Beach, boat launch and dog beach are 3 minutes drive. Unit has upper deck and lower deck with BBQ and patio furniture. Unit has its own fully enclosed fenced backyard and is pet friendly. Ski lease is available starting January 4, 2025 for 4 months at $3700/month.

Turn the main HEATER thermostat down to 55 degrees, but DO NOT turn it OFF, especially in the WINTER. Turn OFF all fans, indoor and outdoor LIGHTS. TURN OFF ALL ROOM ELECTRICAL SPACE HEATERS.
You may leave the beds unmade and used towels on the floor. Please, DO NOT wash used linens, towels, comforters and blankets. Housekeeping will take care of it.
Please, place recycled waste in the blue recycling bins and trash in trashcans inside the house. Cleaners will take care of bringing garbage and recycling to the proper place after you check out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
