Staff were happy, kind, knowledgeable and happy to help with restaurant recommendations and travel options e.g. when we wanted to visit Venice for the day. The staff at breakfast were also great. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Whilst the accomodation (mobile home) smelt clean on arrival and is relatively new compared to other units we experienced bed bugs/flea bites. The video online is not a true likeness of the site. It is very run down and the overall facilities are very old. The majority of staff were very friendly but this is not a 4 star site. It is closer to 2 stars."
