The Little Blue House
Enjoy your stay and experience the Pacific Northwest like a local in this charming, fully renovated, 1910, two bedroom, two bathroom home. You'll be close to all the restaurants and entertainment on 6th Avenue, just a short drive from the zoo at Point Defiance, concerts at Dune Peninsula, and the beautiful new waterfront at Point Ruston. This cozy haven is an 8 minute drive from the Tacoma Dome for concerts and events and centrally located for day trips to sightseeing on the Olympic Peninsula and nearby Seattle.
This home was completely renovated to update all the amenities while preserving all of its vintage details.
You will have access to the entire home including the main floor bedroom and two bathrooms, the full kitchen and laundry, and the second bedroom and workspace upstairs. There is also a backyard area, shared with the tenant in the guest house, where you will have access to a hot tub, gas fire pit, and comfortable covered seating area, so you can enjoy listening to the rain by a cozy fire. During the summer season there will also be a dining area on the deck.
Other things to note:
Please keep in mind this is an older city home with a lot of stairs. Be safe when using them and make sure you consider any mobility issues anyone in your group may have before booking.
