We aim to offer a clean, peaceful home and a great Seattle-area experience—for you and everyone around you. 3\. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found, a $300 violation fee will apply. 4\. 🐾 No Animals (Including Service Animals) Due to severe allergies, this home is strictly animal-free. We are exempt through Airbnb\`s service animal policy. Please do not book if you plan to bring an animal. Unauthorized animals will result in immediate removal and a $500–$1,000 non-refundable fine. 5\. 👟 No Shoes Indoors Help us keep the home clean—please remove your shoes when entering the house. 6\. 🧻 Self-Catering Stay We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper goods, and basic essentials. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed during their stay. 7\. ⏱️ Early Check-In ($200 Fee) Early check-in is available by request only and subject to availability. But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON\`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $200\. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date. 8.【NO late check-out】 Unfortunately we can\`t accommodate late-check out, since we usually have same day check-in and we need to give our cleaning crew enough time to tidy up the house for the next guests. 9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】 Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and let the cleaner take care of them. 10\. 【Lost & Found】 Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out.
