The secure access added peace of mind. Inside, the condo was quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Though I only reheated leftovers, the kitchen had everything needed for cooking or entertaining.A highlight for me was the sliding door off the kitchen leading to a relaxing veranda. Every morning, I enjoyed coffee in the Adirondack chairs with a view of the bay, the perfect start to my day.The actual location was better than expected and a great value compared to other options. What a gorgeous old neighborhood! And a wonderfully comfortable and well-appointed condo! This was the perfect home base for my teenage grandson and I to explore some of Tacoma’s enjoyable offerings, including Point Defiance Park, Zoo and Aquariums; the gorgeous waterfront; the Glass Museum; and a Simpsons exhibit at the terrific Tacoma Art Museum. Ron’s recommendations for restaurants and markets were spot on. Our car was broken into and received damage that needed repair. It was a huge inconvenience to arrange and get the repairs. This condo apartment has a lot going for it. It's very comfortable and easily accessed from a covered, reserved parking space. Communication with the property owner was excellent.
