Excellent Location

The location was amazing. Quick walk to the park, zoo, boardwalk, shopping and dining and about 1.5 hour drive to Mt. Rainier.

Perfect stay for visiting family

The house was perfect for visiting family who live in the Baker Condos in Point Ruston. It was clean and well appointed, with plenty of space for all. An easy walk or drive to Point Ruston. Shopping and restaurants are also close by. Our pre visit communications with the property manager were prompt and friendly. I would book again.

Unique and modern

Bright and cheery floor plan with unique features. Everything was very clean and modern. Anything you would need is provided. Very convenient location with walkable restaurants. Will book again.

A Ruston Gem with a view!

This newly built house has everything you could want from a vacation or work rental. Plenty of space, hot water for everyone, and the neighborhood has a lot of charm.

Ruston/Tacoma 12/2020

A brand new property located extremely close to the Point Defiance entrance and minutes from the new Point Ruston developments, including the soon to come Point Ruston Farmers' Market. We had a great first trip to the Tacoma area and the Owner/Manager was outstanding and extremely helpful. We really recommend this property!

We were high school wrestlers and coaches hanging out together and resting up for our competition in the state tournaments at the Tacoma dome and the house was perfect for this. Thank you!

The location is great, very close to Ruston, which is a new development on the bay, with restaurants and a theater. Beware there are lots of stairs. Also we were there over July 4th, if you don't like fireworks this place is not for you, they went on until midnight, some right on our street.
