There is only one bathroom, although on VRBO it's listed as two bathrooms. Bedrooms are upstairs with a living room, small kitchen and eating area downstairs. Garden is lovely and a nice place to hang out. There was lots of construction going on while we were there, there is a new housing development going on behind the property, so it was a little noisy from 7:00 to 4:00 p.m. You definitely do get airport noise in the evening with jets going over every few minutes. House was really clean, the owner, Tim was a very nice person and it's awesome to any requests we had. We had a pleasant 2 weeks in Federal Way while visiting family. The place is pet friendly which is a definite plus and the yard is fenced in so the dog is quite safe. ##### Barbara H.
