The area is very walkable and the off-street parking is helpful. Parking otherwise would be difficult. There are great restaurants within a couple blocks and also Wright Park. The condo was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy as there is a designated spot and I felt secure. The location was also pretty quiet despite being so close to downtown.
