Parking Only by garage, up to 4 cars, no parking on neighboring property or access road, additional parking may be available on a public street.
No Smoking inside the house or on a decks. No Wet Clothes inside the house Eating, Drinking only in the kitchen or dining area.
Number of guests put in when booking must be100% accurate. Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the designated receptacles; excessive garbage left behind that exceeds normal cleaning capacity will incur a minimum charge of $150. Turn off lights when not in use. Heating temperature not to exceed 72 degrees.
Liability Waiver
By agreeing to the Property Rules, you hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with activities associated with lake waterfront property, Furthermore, features such as, waterfront docs, decks, stairs, campfires, swimming, boating may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the canoe or paddle boat (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests.
Guest and guest visitors herein agrees to restrain from any dangerous activities, including but not limited to:
jumping at any time into the lake or careless activities.
By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the property owners, and or its agents(s) for accidents or claims arising from any activities inside or outside the house and or property.
Above stated Liability waiver shall be in effect at all times during duration of guest(s) stay. By agreeing to above stated Liability waiver it is agreed this waiver will apply all guest and visitors.
