The honey moon suite I spent money on was definitely falling apart. The fixtures / lighting was tacky. The jet tub was cool but definitely needed some cleaning. For the money I spent I wasn’t expecting all the towel holders and toilet paper holder to be hanging off the walls nearly falling off the screw that was being held in the wall.

Took 20min to get acknowledged to check in they were rude and dismissive, had to have help to open the door, you have to jiggle it and wiggle it while doing the key, seemed put out to help me, wanted deposit for everything. we were afraid to use anything at fear of being charged including the towels if you clean anything up with a towel of any kind you will be charged! small, dirty rooms, rude staff,and to top it off they advertised free breakfast they had cold coffee, (I think it was from the week before? NO FOOD NO BREAKFAST rather stay under a bridge than stay there again. One of the worst places I ever payed money to stay at. HORRIBLE, I HOPE ALL DAYS INNS ARE NOT THE SAME, IF THEY ARE DON'T STAY!!!!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience of the ice machine not working. We are trying to find a repairman to come out and fix it for us, its proving harder than we thought it would, and are truly sorry that our guest have been impacted by it.

The first room had ants in tve bathroom. I had to take a video and bring to reception. The second room had only freezing cold water in tbe shower, not even slightly warm. Floors were sticky, but beds were clean. Went outside for am evening walk and Marijuana smell all over the area. Never again! However, staff was very nice.

Front desk lady extremely rude argued with me about a medical condition. They WILL charge your card after you leave! I was in a bind and hand no choice to say here but STAY AWAY !!!!!! Towels had stains, no soap in the room.

The only time it may come up is if we are asking if your pet is a service animal, and if so what task does it provide? If there was anything outside these two questions, please let us know so we may retrain our staff where needed. I will forward your comments about housekeeping to the managers so they can provide them with feedback from our guests so they can do better going forward.

I stayed for four days and they never did house keeping and every Time I needed something I need to go and ask from desk. Like clean towels and toilet paper. But area is nice and quiet.

I have stayed here before. Not much has changed except the price has gone up. If you are expecting breakfast, don't. The best you will get is a packaged danish or a granola bar and coffee.

I liked the property was on average clean. Toilet seat was broken did not notice until I actually sat on it the evening of my second day. Saturday morning I went to grab some breakfast in breakfast room only thing available was coffee a sugary baked good bottled water or protein bar. I came with my pet and the pet fee charged was $50 dollars a day. I find that was very expensive for a room that had a Lino type floor. Pet fee have usually been around 25 dollar or less and I think that Pet fee that high should be in link. I did not see that. Pet fee alone will dissuade me from making reservations again here

Front desk was rude and had no desire to do their job and assist the guests. Several guests could not check in because the virtual card was declining. Desk staff would not assist in calling Expedia or offer any other solution. I was very ill and needed to get checked in . It took me 4 hours on the phone with Expedia to get me checked in finally. And I did all of the calls myself. The breakfast is non existent. I hardly count an individually wrapped danish breakfast. No juice yogurt cereal

We are very sorry that there were issues with the virtual cards at check-in, we typically can help guests with a phone number, but the issue that day was not one we had seen before and were very unprepared to deal with. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The breakfast we provide is what our brand requires of us, it is danishes, granola bars, coffee, juice, tea, and water. If the juice machine was not working correctly, we would ask that guests bring it to our attention so we can take the steps to get it working again. I am sorry that you didn't have a better experience with us. I will forward your comments to management so they can provide retraining where needed, and keep future guests from having the same experience.

If you want to lose your deposit by all means stay here!!!! If you go on their website numerous people have said the same thing!!! My husband and I stayed 1 night.. used 2 towels to shower and was informed that we DAMAGED those towels and they had to charge us $30!!!! How can we damage them showering!!!! They’re a complete scam and should have someone running the front desk that speaks English!!!! I’ve had better service at Motel 6!!!

The property feels unsafe and rooms are not worth it. Pipes going over the ceiling and door looks like someone broke in it before, TV remotes don’t work and TV button is damaged. Asked for room change or replace remote and nothing done. One lady that works there was nice and thoughtful. I left a day early and they don’t want to refund my money back, even though I paid for a protection fee online. The Indian girl refused to have their manager call me and made her own rules. A little unprofessional. I don’t recommend to anyone with kids to sleep here. You can hear other people in other rooms talking. It’s creepy! Stop asking me to change my review! This is honest review! Thank you!

Rude customer service whenever requesting extra towels and amenities. They did not provide extra towels. Key card kept messing up and had to go ge tit fixed twice in the four days we were there. Construction was happening next to our place and they did not tell us it’s be loud. Overall, this place sufficed for a somewhere to stay in, but man it was not my first choice. Front desk staff was rude and standoffish. They also did not have basic utensils and told us to find some at a food truck… and I was like there’s a whole kitchen and not one utensil is available??

We are very sorry for the disruption during your stay. We do not typically have noise issues like you experienced. The only explanation is that most of the motels in town were booked full due to a rave at the Tacoma Dome this weekend, some guests who were here for that did need to be reminded to be courteous to our other guests. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

It's a clean room. The staff were nice. There was a language barrier but hand single work. It was the cheapest place to stay in the area i needed to be in. JBLM Base ran trails till 11pm. The people checking in either had loud cars or loud stereo.

We do attempt to ask guests to be mindful, especially at check-in when driving up with loud music we will ask them to turn it down while in the parking lot. Manager Rules !
When I get to hotel receptionist wouldn't let me check in with my bank cards . She continued repeatedly saying my manager said I can't take chime , cash app , go2 bank, or no prepaid banks but if that was true the app wouldn't let me book . I had to wait 30 mins to check in because she continued to want to argue with me she didn't even let me show her my cards before saying no . I ask to speak to her manager but no manager was not on duty she mentioned he is at home with his kids horrible service ever. Wasn't friendly at all .

Thank you for your feedback. We do accept those cards, as long as we can hold a deposit on them as well. We are also showing that your reservation was canceled because your card declined the preauthorization and was canceled at 2am as a no show, so I don't think you checked in with us.

To be honest, this Inn is not all that terrible. It has all the amenities that are required for an overnight stay or a couple nights. Don’t bother with breakfast because everything is gone by an hour or 2 and they don’t restock breakfast items when it’s finished. Just a warning MAKE SURE TO READ THE DOCUMENTS YOU SIGN. The Inn policy and what is considered (property damage) because they charged me $50 for “staining” their hand/face towels. I had seafood boil and used their towels to clean my hands. And the “STAIN” is considered property damage. It’s so stupid tbh. $50 for towels. I think the owner is desperate for money and will prowl on any opportunity or reason to take your damage deposit. They also won’t let me have a copy of their policy so to me it seems a little sketchy and they still haven’t sent me an email copy so I’m skeptical about them now. For how cheap it is, it’s not bad. But now I know to bring my own towels and if I do bring my own and leave them at the Inn I will be charging them $50 for taking my property lol

We do consider stains on the linen as damages, as they are one of the most expensive items that are consistently damaged which is why we are pretty diligent in checking them. I stayed in this property for 11 days and not one single day they did house keeping, and almost everyday I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper, terrible service. I travel to Tacoma Washington, 2-3 times a year and not sure if I want to stay in this hotel again...

The front desk clerk Debbie was very pleasant and welcoming. The beds were comfortable but there was only two towels and enough toilet paper for about 3 uses. When I called the front desk the next morning for extra toilet paper and towels they did not have any to provide until housekeeping arrived at 10 am. Can you imagine if you needed to use the restroom and no toilet paper in a hotel? Not bueno. Hopefully they supply the rooms with enough upon arrival and provide at the front desk when needed.
