The customer service here was terrible. I came in late, went to bed about 2 am, in the morning, I got a text saying “thank you for staying, please use this link to pick your check out time” 11am was the latest option, but there was a “late checkout option @ 1pm for an extra $25” and a “very late checkout option at 3pm for an extra $55”. I chose the 1 pm option to get some more rest, as I had gotten up for breakfast and wanted a couple more hours of sleep. I call the front desk to confirm about 10:45, and they tell me that is not an option and I need to check out by 11 for free, or at 12 for 25$. I go to the front desk to show them, the text I received from them, and those were options THEY offered. Why did they advertise that on their app when choosing checkout times, if it wasn’t an option. False advertising. The manager allows it, says I can stay til 1. I go back to my room and the housekeeper comes in and throws a fit that I’m not checked out. I try to explain to her the manager allowed it, but she goes on for 10 minutes about how that’s not ok. I was frustrated, tired and really stressed out at this point and just left then. This whole stay was stressful and I didn’t get the relaxing stay that I came for. The manager just apologized. I believe her name was Dorothy. I am Never staying at any Wyndham hotel again. Rude and disrespectful service. Don’t advertise and offer on your app what you can’t provide. Ridiculous. Debra the night shift front desk girl was amazing though.

Overall, I would definitely stay here again if returning to an event at the Tacoma Dome. In warmer weather you can walk from the hotel, although the staff do NOT recommend it. There is not a complete sidewalk the whole way there, and there were a couple homeless camp set ups along the path. (It took about 18 mins each way, but we saved $30 in event parking, and about 1.5 hours easily by not driving.) There were several other people walking too, so we had no issues. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, and they may get dirty, fyi. The hotel staff were all great, food in the restaurant was good and the room was better than expected for an older hotel. However, there was definitely hallway noise (even being on the top floor towards the end), and the main door to the room didn't shut/seal completely, so there was light around each side of the door that shined through all night. I also noticed pilling on the sheets which I found odd, and although the mattress was decent, the pillows were not the greatest so I would take my own if I ever go back. All in all I would recommend, especially if going to an event at Tacoma Dome, as its one of the closest hotels to the venue, and all staff we encountered were great.

Great location close to Tacoma Dome, room was clean and staff was friendly. The surrounding area is not the safest or cleanest, but they did have security in the parking lot so that definitely helped.

Overall a really nice stay if youre comfortable in a more rundown area. The hotel interior is welcoming and clean. They also provide security in the parking lot. Room was clean and stocked. Only downside was two lights were out. Planning on staying again any time im down in Tacoma!

This property is unkept and falsely advertised. Outside the property is unsafe and the restaurant/bar are not open as stated. My family and I would never stay here or recommend.

We stayed for just 1 night, but it was only a 9 minute walk to The Valley, where we went for local, live music. And there are a number of places to eat just a short drive away (5 min). Not to mention very close to the Tacoma Dome.

Room was not clean, blood on sheets, shower head didn't work, and biscuits and gravy every day gets old. If someone stays 4 days, the thought would be maybe there would be a different breakfast once. No meat, no scrambled eggs. Worst stay I've had a hotel maybe ever. Paid more to stay there because of breakfast but ended up eating at the hotel instead. We should've just stayed at the hotel.

I like that the event I attended was held in the conference center of the hotel. I like that the hotel is located right off of the interstate. I also like that if you were on a higher floor and facing the city of Tacoma the view was beautiful especially at night with all the lights.

Security was useless my car was vandalized and another car was stolen out of the lot while Security was on duty the food the restaurant was ok at best the lady at the counter was not friendly and didnt care about my car now the one that was stolen

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and the chef still does not know the difference between medium rare and well done. Breakfast also disappointing. Desk staff and room great.

I ordered a room with two queens beds and they had none avail. so we recieved a king and i had to sleep on a rollaway. the room was dirty and there were people running up and down the stairwell yelling all night.

The employees are nice and the hotel is nice and well kept but the area is a bit unsafe. They do many things to mitigate it with security and locked entrance but it's pretty sketchy area in general.

The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay. The lobby, restaurant, and room were all impeccably clean and inviting. However, the view of the industrial area from my room was a bit disappointing, though I understand the limitations. The real letdown was the food. I ordered the Broiled Salmon Fillet with steamed red potatoes and vegetables to enjoy in my room. Unfortunately, the salmon tasted bland and lacked freshness, while the "vegetables" turned out to be canned green beans. The red potatoes were decent but nothing extraordinary. Considering the quality, the meal felt egregiously overpriced at $29.

Old external heater/ fan system. Very noisy and had to be turned off at night to sleep, which got cold through the night. Old Bathroom with very low toilet and bathtub. Toilet didn’t flush properly and bathtub faucet had a constant noisy drip. Not up to par for the money that was paid.
