Our favorite things about the house were the size and the location. With 4 bedrooms and a bonus room which has two twin beds, it offered plenty of space for our family of 5 and accommodated extra family members when they visited. Angela was very kind to have the piano tuned prior to our arrival so that our kids could continue playing. There were some maintenance issues related to the age of the house. We highlighted those to the host who was very responsive. They came over and helped repair what was possible at the time. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. There is a great hike down to Dash Point State Park Beach and you can also walk to the Twin Lakes Park in the neighborhood. Costco, Trader Joes and other stores are just about 15 15-minute drive away. Downtown Seattle is about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic. Communication and how the host were accommodating was fantastic! 5 stars! It’s a nice property and very comfortable. However it could use some cosmetic maintenance, but the host are just starting out in VRBO and I believe that with each guess, the property will just get nothing but better and better. The only thing I rated three stars was the location. Overall the location is fine and would be great if somebody wanted to stay in the area for a weekend or weeks. However, The driveway is on a hill and caution needs to be exercised when exiting the property because of oncoming traffic. I would definitely recommend this property. ##### Steve P. The house was big but the couches had holes in them. The carpet downstairs was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. There was no extra sheets or blankets, or towels or wash clothes so i had to go purchase some which I left there at the house. We tried to get the tvs to work but unfortunately there was no instructions on how to get them to work .
