We are very pleased with the space. The areas is not very nice so if you have kids I would keep that in mind but the interior is wonderful. This is exactly what was described in the listing. The neighborhood has security passing through and he warned us about the area and let us know to empty our van of our tools because of the breakins. It is the bottom floor of a 3rd floor unit and not sure if the 2nd level people always sound like a marching band or just because it was the holidays but I couldn't believe that kids were running around like that knowing there were people under them.
