The beds were super uncomfortable, the flooring was probably installed by a 5 year old and thats the worst continental breakfast ever. It was a place to lay your head. Thats it

DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s filthy and gross. The pictures do not match the room at all. Neither does the pics of the lobby. We were unable to turn the water on for the shower, there was hair in the tub and sink, toothpaste on one of our towels, we could not sit in the chair as it was filthy and covered in grease. This place is a joke:(

The front desk person was very rude, a cash deposit was required and that never happened before. The motel is refusing to return my deposit saying something about sevice refused , what service? I thinking they are scamming people out of money but the only reason I came back to stay was the motel provided excellent quality before when I had to stay due to a family member was in the hospital. I had my grandkids with me and they felt safe there before, the facilities was clean . I returned due to a random shootings at the place I’m staying at with my grandkids.

The same lady at the front desk who helped us last month, was at her best again this time too. I had not realized I booked a smoking room. I called to make the change to non smoking room. She did that easily with no problem. Thank you!

This stay was so bad I wanted my money back. The set up is like the pics but way more grime everywhere you could imagine. White things were yellow in here. I didnt want to sit down. The smell... It was urine for sure...

I liked the hot tub in room but it looked like it could fall apart at any time. Underneath the beds was dirty we found stuff that shouldn't have been under there things people use for drug use. Breakfast they used to have a better selection but at least it fed us so can't really complain. Things just need to be fixed up especially for the price they charge for rooms especially on the weekends. But i have seen worse for the same price insane i didn't know how they stay open.

Had to change rooms. First one had terrible mattress … couldn’t sleep and I couldn’t make the heater work. Front desk lady was very receptive and understanding of my concern. She had no problem switching me to another room with much better newer mattress and heater. Thank you so much! Outside of the property’s control however, some stranger woke me up at 7AM knocking on my door loudly. Later he did the same next door whom he apparently knew but wasn’t let in. They argued, yelled through the closed door, repeatedly knocked to get the door opened several times for about 3 hours. Needless to say I could not go back to sleep. So much for my late check out request.

In a excellent spot. Can definately do some upgrading on rooms. Site says coffee pot in rooms, but there isnt! So its a no stay again for me All rooms need coffee pots

I checked in 2/27 and stayed until 3/4. Heater was out in room & for 2 days dealt with cold room. Was first told to unplug heater, wait 5 minutes then turn it back on. This worked the first time. Second time it woke me up from being so cold (and I’m paying for the room.) finally I get moved to another room which was appreciated. However, the major inconvenience & frustration of having to lug / move all of my belongings from 1 room top floor down & up 4 flights of stairs, to the other side of the building top floor late at night was not only exhausting, it was cold & they had no cart to even load your stuff on. Then had to check out the next morning & was hassled about a towel or 2 missing which were there. I truly feel the last 2 nights at minimum should have been comped. Luckily I was able to move my belongings from 1 room to the next. But I’m paying for a room with heat. What if I wasn’t in the condition to literally it took me at least 10 trips. To move my stuff from one room to the next. My whole reason for staying here was for a warm place to stay, due to my own heat being out. I will not be staying here again. All the staff members were kind & helpful. But the one lady I mentioned in a previous issue, seemed to have a attitude with me & very unpleasant, would not give me a receipt on 2 different occasions. (As I rebooked each day after the first 2 night stay.) then made me wait a good 20 minutes during checkout to refund my deposit to check for towels which were there.

Last cashier was rude & would not give me the same rate as online (after extending my stay) Decided to stay another day & charged me full price. Did not give me the web price as I could not log into my account at that moment. Paid cash for final night stay & receipt is hard to understand. Also advertising states free WI-fi, but it’s unsecured. So that’s misleading. And heater stopped working in room. Other staff members were friendly & did not get the feeling of being ripped off. The last one I dealt with was anything but helpful, did not want to give me the price online, so I went online & booked it, then charged me full price today when I paid cash. I would not recommend this place to others after dealing with staff like her.

Maintainance was non existent the floor wasn’t glued down at all there was a rusty hole in the sink and the bathroom was horrendous, mold in the trim I couldn’t take a shower but the staff were absolutely awesome.

The bed linen was dirty and there was no pillows. Thank goodness we always travel with our own. The room amenities advertised were unavailable. The lamps were broken. We had to clean everything before we could relax. There were ants. Poor quality for the price paid, but apparently there were no other options. The staff was awesome, but the housekeepers were rude! Breakfast was great as well!

Place is terrible ! Don’t get the jet spray tub! CAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK!! Service and property was so shady I didn’t even bother with the continental breakfast These people know they are selling a lie! They don’t care! Wish I would have read the reviews!! They probably made their own good reviews fraudulently… cause no one in their right mind would pay for what they have to offer!!! What the photo shows and what I was given was truly unbelievable!! U would think they would want people to return and keep the place up but no they’d rather rob u and play dumb!!!

The customer service there was extremely rude. They did not have any training in hospitality. I felt very unwelcomed and unwanted. All they care about Is money.. II was was having an unfortunate situation and needed a late checkout and they were not accommodating in any way and told me that they did not care. Chill Meet my needs all she Cared about was getting the money and when I did go to pay her she would not allow me to pay her with my card, which I paid for the room with the prior night. They wanted me to pull out cash and then pay another deposit without giving me my first deposit back. These are not people of integrity. I would never recommend even my worst enemy to stay at this motel if you can find somewhere else to go even if it is a few more dollars. I definitely recommend doing so because this take place. We'll leave you Feeling like you have been robbed and mistreated. And you paid them to do it.. if if I could make one recommendation to Expedia. It would be to in their contract with this motel.

Check in was quick and fast, pleasant. Our bed was in poor condition, it had a soft spot, a "valley" so to speak. One day, the housecleaning cleaned the bathroom, changed towels but did not fix the bed nor clean the room.The room wasn't spotless and the furniture needs to go to the dump. Breakfast was ok..

This is a bad area w homeless and the people who stay hear are on drugs up late yelling rooms smell like smoke even non smoking rooms. Old cars leaking gasoline. People talking all night
