She helped me get my passport & wallet back after I left it in the safe & had already been leaving the dock to head to the airport. She made it an easy smooth process & not stressful at all. Thankfully my friend had a friend pick it up for me at the hotel & dropped it off in Manila. Thank you again Maria! Will definitely be saying here again. Staff is amazing & very helpful getting you safely across the street to beach access & the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. 10/10 recommend!
