This brand new two bedroom apartment, situated in a modern block, is  
 only a few steps away from the most sought after The Strand Promenade  
 in Sliema. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes,  
 restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre  
 within a 10 minute walk. It is just ideal for couples or for a family  
 with children.  
 Finished to high standards, bright, airy and fully air-conditioned,  
 this cosy unit consists of a living/dining area, a fully equipped  
 kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen and living  
 area opens up to a large balcony which is equipped with outdoor  
 furniture. WiFi Internet and cable TV are being offered on a  
 complimentary basis.  
 The location of this property is unbeatable being just a few minutes  
 walking distance from the famous Sliema promenade offering you shops,  
 cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of  
 you who prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also  
 be found close by. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is  
 just ideal as public transport is only a short walk away. This is
