"Lovely property in a great location. However, we were let down a lot by believing that that the pool was heated as advertised and stated many times. Upon arriving we read the pool was only heated by the sun between June and September. As we stayed in October the pool was not heated at all and we tried to use it but it was absolutely freezing and my child only used it once in a week which was incredibly disappointing. Even with the roof on it was unbearably cold and it should not be advertised as a heated pool. The heating was also not sufficient in the lounge and we felt cold. The two single beds also need replacing. In the summer this property would probably get 10/10, unfortunately we felt very let down by the non heated pool and the property not feeling warm enough."
