But the service could have been better. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was really bad, which ruins the rest of the breakfast. There was an unexpected parking fee, which we weren’t told about before checking in. Wasn’t insane, just annoyed by the unexpected charge checking in. We arrived slightly early, and they said checking in before 3 was impossible unless we paid extra to check in at 1\. Overall the hotel was quiet and clean, but these little inconvenient hiccups made the trip less enjoyable. The shower was so hot, even at the lowest temperature that it was difficult to take a shower. When I complained they told me to closed it and wait 5 minutes for the pipes to cool down. That didn't work and I was offered no alternative. There was no room service so I arrived late and had to drive a few kilimetres to find something to eat."
