Not that impressed

For the price of our stay we were not overly pleased. For being a more expensive hotel I was not very happy with the room we received. I paid for room that did not even come with a fridge or microwave. If we weren't staying for longer than a night it wouldn't have been that big of a deal but considering we were for there for two nights it was quite an inconvenience. The young lady at the front desk was quite helpful and did end up getting us one but to know if we wouldn't have asked we would have went without. The food in the restaurant was just OK and very pricey. However the pool and gym were great when they were not over crowded with people. This chain of hotels is owned by Hilton but yet there is nothing complimentary or overly enjoyable. Yes, they do give you a cookie upon arrival but there is no coffee and no breakfast unless you pay $10 a person extra and those are something that are usually always offered, even at "cheaper hotels". We had to go to dunkin donuts each morning to get a good cup of coffee for a reasonable price. If you want breakfast, don't eat there. There is a Denny's right down the street, the food will be better and you'll save yourself some money. Overall, we were not very pleased. The bed itself was the only part of the room we enjoyed. The pillows were horrible but the bed was comfortable.
