Brilliant stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy. We had tea & coffee making facilities and a smeg fridge in our room. Shower was excellent with lovely warm underfloor heating. Breakfast was a huge choice. The hotel was very central and quiet. We stayed for new year and had dinner on the very top floor which had panoramic views of the spectacular firework display. The staff at this hotel are brilliant, so friendly warm and welcoming, very willing to above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We were treated like royalty during our stay.

On the day I checked in, there were a few issues—the hairdryer was broken, the lights didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi was down. However, after I contacted the host, everything was fixed by the next day.
The room was smaller than I expected, but the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and even seasonings, so I didn’t need to buy anything. Just make sure to bring your own cooking oil!
There were cafés and a beach nearby, and the views were beautiful. The drive to get there was fun, and I even got to hike to a waterfall close by.

"The place was not roomy for 4 people. Our pull out sofa bed has 2 pillows and no duvet… it was already after midnight when we figured it out, we have no duvet or blanket available. We didn’t want to bother the front desk or if there’s one available after midnight. So we just grabbed a sheets( like ..."
