Property was in a great location, very clean and comfortable but for the price we paid for our room it was extremely small. Was ok for a one night stay, but would have been difficult to stay in the room any longer than that.

No.9 Springfield is an excellent hotel to stay, with excellent accommodation, service and has everything you need for visiting the area of Sydney, can't wait to go back next year from the UK.

The area clean and convenient. Shopping at your doorstep, Harris farm mart. shopping areas just outside,also King Cross station nearby to go anywhere.

The vibe of the place and the surrounding area is really very good.
The proximity to the train station at Kings Cross is brilliant.
Having the Harris Farm food outlet directly across the road open from 7:00am to 10:00pm is really very handy - no need to go hungry.
Dinner at Pizza Boccone and dessert at Rivareno were both top class delicious experiences. Both open late too.
And to top it off the staff at Springfield are just so professional and friendly at the same time.
What's not to like?

Would highly recommend this property. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and the hotel was very well maintained and very clean.
The hotel is situated a short walk from Kings Cross Station, and it is quite easy to obtain a taxi if required in the Main Street of King’s Cross, where you will find places to eat and drink

Smallest bathroom in the world
The check in process was very stressful. We arrived at 9.45 and it looked closed and the main phone was off the hook despite us being told we had until 10pm to arrive. My mother phoned the emergency number and the guy did show up from the office opposite reception so I don’t know why he couldn’t hear us calling out. The bed was comfy but the bathroom was ludicrous! I think there is more room in my under stair cupboard !

Not a quiet hotel, take ear plugs. There is no double glazing or soundproofing so you can hear absolutely everything from the corridors, the rooms upstairs and outside. I was woken up multiple times each night by other guests stomping above my room or moving through the corridor. One of my bedroom windows had a metal grate above it which opened straight to the outside and couldn’t be close so it was like sleeping with a window open and the Kingscross area is not a quiet place and the loud birds wake up early. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Had one lovely night at No9 Springfield. The staff were very friendly and the little cafe at the front was great for coffee. The location is amazing! Everything is in walking distance and the train station is a 2 min walk. There are endless options for food, coffee and gelato, so the location is definitely prime! The only thing that was a bit difficult was getting to the 4th floor. We had friends that had a room on the 4th floor and they had to take the lift to level 3 and then climb two flights of stairs with all their luggage. If you had little luggage it wouldn't be a drama but 3 big bags was a bit difficult.
