Stay for 4 nights with my family. Queen bed is small and bunk beds are adjacent which makes it crampy for my 2 teenage boys. A tad far from Sydney city, about an hour drive. You pay what you get.

So sorry we did not meet your expectations. We do attempt to advise potential guests' that we are not centrally located. Those guests' who research their destinations are pretty well informed. However, it's a great location for families looking for a more rural laidback destination & only 45 min to the city centre.

While cabin, furniture, room, kitchen and bathroom were old. Playground was small and not enough for children to entertain. We had a fair experience but it wasn't worth the price.

Really like the location has food close by and good shops at Cherrybrook plaza. I was surprised how quiet the park was. Easy after hours instructions. They left aircon on for a late arrival which we appreciated.

Unfortunately/fortunately, we are rural in Dural which is beautiful, however we need to pest control regularly against creepy crawlies for the comfort of our guest the best we can. It was a very short stay for us but very convenient for a range of services particularly dining venues. We had everything we needed for the night and great welcome and communication from people at Ingenia @ Dural.

Good place for family
Our family of five enjoyed staying here. The swimming pool and communal showers were clean, and the small game room with a ping pong table was great for playing with the kids. The location was convenient, with nearby parks and shopping centers.

Property definitely needs an immediate overhaul as it is very dusty inside. Older blankets, bed sheets etc. Bugs in bedsheets. Great staff with excellent communication. Overall, a good budget accommodation.

I didn't like that i paid to have something that was unusable. Product and or service must be fit for purpose and it was not fit for purpose at all there was no privacy anywhere within the caravan park like in my own cabin not one part was private Will never go there again and will tell others not too as well they treat customers like atm machines

Tight yet comfy cabin. Last family left us a couple of surprises that we had to clean up ourselves, it was convenient to have the trash bins nearby for that reason. Overall, a pleasant stay.

As soon as we arrived we asked to change cabins because the air con was blowing a fishy smell. Our room was also right next to the main road which we had not been aware from the booking we made. The room was dirty, there were silver bugs through the bed and we all had to share one bed which had hard objects in the springs. All up it was a terrible experience. The girl in the office didn’t seem to care either. Very overpriced for what we received.

Affordable compared to other accommodations and always nice to have onsite play area. No fence between cabins so no privacy, had to have curtains closed all the time. Felt so confined in the already tiny cabin. Cleanness could definitely improve…the couch and a/c stunk. Bed was ok. Shower was ok but no soap holder. Everything very old.

I liked how clean the cabin was, including the bathroom. I liked receiving the reminder texts. I was disappointed that we couldn't swim in the pool. Also it was quite hot in the bedroom so our guests did not sleep that well.

Our overnight stay was comfortable. The cabin was well equipped. Aircon was instant & kept us warm. The furnishings were modern & in good order. There were ample blankets & pillows. My only negative is that the cleaning of the bathroom could show more attention to detail. e.g around the wall/ floor tiles & general hardware. I would recommend this venue & if we need accommodation in the future, would definitely consider staying again.
