Dear Lauren,thank you for your review, this is much appreciate as it enables us to refine our service and business to continue improving.We appreciate that our property is older due to its heritage features and we have plans to re-invest in upgrades to various areas in the coming year.My apologies that you found the technology too old, I am unclear if there is certain areas of concern, as we offer Foxtel for Business along with casting features, QR code access for dining options, WIFI throughout the hotel and other connectivity options within our guest rooms.I also appreciate the expectation of value in our breakfast area.
