My room - my room 118, must had water damage from the above floor. So massive water stains. Cosmetic within the room. I think there was food splatter on the wall where the refrigerator was located. The pool area looked like it needs some heavy remodeling. There’s a door to nowhere in the pool area (2nd floor) that looks super tacky. The conference room which you walk past looks like more of a storage unit - block that windows from customers peeking in there. Looks tacky. The hotel was conveniently located with graduation activities from uofw Madison. So location was good in terms of being near family."

"For a BIG graduation weekend-where you were charging us 3x more then the average price - the breakfast variety was terrible, only oranges for fruit as an option. No yogurt, no healthy options. The coffee was always out. There wasn’t even a coffee pot in our room for an option. How they clean is they “spray” EVERY area with a scent- no real cleaning was done. The temperature was all over the place- some areas where cold and other areas in the hotel were HOT! Would not stay again!!"
