"Really could be six stars. Staff was incredible and extremely friendly. Cottage room was a very good size, and we could have sat on the porch for our whole stay and been happy. Area was safe enough, just keep your wits about you. And... you can drink the tap water! Btw, Martha's Cafe across the street is equally great. Fantastic vibe."

"The staff was all amazing here. The gym was state of the art. The food was a little more expensive than I would have liked, but was very delicious. Pool and patio area was very nice. The one and only thing I would have loved to help off set the price of food around us was a microwave. The room had a coffee machine and small refrigerator but nothing to heat up left overs. But overall I would love to stay in this hotel again."

"I booked online and their check in desk was closed. I was unable to stay there for any duration of the time I reserved the room. I also contacted their customer service multiple times for a refund since the service was not rendered, and also for assistance since they did not have an option for contactless check in. Still have had no response 1 week after. My attempts were well within the check in hours with the only notice as piece of paper taped to the window. The entrance area and elevator were also dirty and smelled "
