Room small but clean, bed comfortable, shower hot, room service everyday. Facilities very good(although outdoor pool very cold, it was February and a few pieces of equipment in the gym didn't work). Drinks reasonable(2 for 1 cocktails between 1800 - 2030). Didn't eat food in hotel, so can't give recommendations(although it did look a little pricey). No entertainment. Would definitely go back for 2/3/4 nights stay but not any longer as not a lot to do in the surrounding area which is set on a hill.The hotel is built over 2 buildings, but once you get used to the lifts, its fair easy to get around. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful characterful hotel with spacious, well equipped rooms. Beds were really comfortable. Located just ten minutes walk from the ferry over to Valetta. Warm and friendly staff.

The staff were friendly but not attentive they gave us a room that was already occupied then the first room was really unsuitable as it was dirty and smelly eventually the room we stayed in was much better but not amazing as it was right at the end of the longest corridor and where the store rooms were so we kept hearing very loud door slams throughout the early morning and during the night too. The breakfast was okay but very crowded we had to wait in a queue sometimes for over 20 minutes. Location was okay but not the best as the taxi’s sometimes got confused where to pick up or drop us. So we will be avoiding Intercontinental hotels in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel as the suites are really spacious and fully equipped with the most modern appliances and the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet on the top floor is a real feast for foodies and the view over Valletta is breathtaking. Unfortunately since I wasn’t on holiday I didn’t get a chance to experience the pool and spa but I can confirm that there is fast broadband connectivity in the room.

Very good and knowledgeable staff, ready to help with smiles. Enjoy d 10 days stays and will recommend the place. Hopefully will visit again.
