There are several car and scooter rental companies located in the nearby towns of St. Julian\`s and Sliema, and our apartment has plenty of on-street parking available for guests who choose to rent a car. Very important notes before booking: \- Many of the language schools are at a walking distance, making it perfect for short and longer term rentals, with access to a very strong WIFI. 1\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 2\. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 3\. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4\. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5\.
