"The room was very clean and had everything for a comfy stay (heat, ac, TV, mini fridge, & personal bathroom). The shared living space was also clean and very inviting. Location was great, I was able to walk to the Space Needle park for the event I was attending, but also to several restaurants and cafes in the Queen Anne neighborhood. The property manager was very helpful with detailed emails. The only downside is the parking situation. As mentioned, it is in a dense residential area and street parking is tough to come by. Overall, I would recommend."

"The place is very cute and very big and it’s nice having three complete bedrooms, the layout is nice and it’s comfortable and a great place for a long weekend away. The neighborhood was cute too and the views were great. The host had lots of food and drinks and amenities in the kitchen which is always a giant plus. Would absolutely book again. In a very convenient location too!"

"Overall, this is a very good value for a stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is spacious and has lots of light. It’s a quiet neighborhood and there greenery in the eastward facing kitchen, so mornings are especially nice. The cabinetry and fixtures preserve a nice mid-century style. The location provides easy access to all Seattle destinations. The bed is softer than what we prefer and the carpeting needs a deep clean or replacement, but, on the whole, this is a great stay for a couple, especially."
