"I took my 16 year old and his 3 friends. They had fun in the pool area and we went to Dave and Busters for dinner, which was right across the parking lot. It was a fun time. "

"The rooms were not cleaned adequately. My two year old found dirty socks, water bottles , candy wrappers in our “ cleaned” room. I booked for 4 people. I had 3 towels and two wash cloths that were just thrown on the bathroom sink. The drawers wouldn’t stay closed and there was a 200$ hold on my account that I wasn’t notified until I checked in which was very inconvenient. And the ice machine did not work."

"I wasn't expecting the Ritz Carlton, so I went in with low expectations. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom for the night, and the hotel provided that. The staff were great! Super nice. I forgot my phone charger and the guy behind the counter provided me one to borrow for the night. The room was clean and did the job. The only bad part was the bed. It was horribly uncomfortable. It was pretty worn down and I could feel the springs and the bar in the center. Because I didn't sleep well, I laid awake listening the person snoring through the wall in the room next to me. "

"The breakfast was good, but we had a double queen suite and the beds were not queens. The toilet was leaking and wouldn’t flush properly so we had to get plunger from front desk. The hallway had holes in the carpet in a few spots. But it looked like they were fixing up some rooms. It was very quiet though. Just biggest complaint was beds and toilet."

"The hotel was great, breakfast was great, room was clean the bed was comfortable. The only thing was we were woken up at 7 am on a Saturday by workers working on the ice machine right by our room"
