Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home and grounds Other things to note \~ PLEASE NOTE \~ To ensure a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for all guests, we’ve implemented the following guidelines and house rules; please read carefully. \- No parties, gatherings, loud music, and smoking are allowed at the property. \- The use of drugs, including marijuana and other substances, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. Please be aware that marijuana detectors are in use throughout the property. For security reasons, a camera is installed outside the entryway, and noise and smoke monitoring devices are also in place within the apartment. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE; \- All guests are subject to additional screening and a security deposit. \- Check-in 4:00 PM/ check-out 10:00 AM. \- Quiet time is from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. \- Any property damage will be charged to the guest.
