Stayed end of June for 5 nights Positives: concierge, housekeeping, view, size of room. Negatives: -amenities not as advertised-rooftop pool closed due to construction; patio at beach platform under noisy construction; toilet doesn’t flush properly; -2 waterpolo nets at water platform with very noisy players; -spotty wifi; 1limited or no English at restaurant Would not recommend this hotel-it is certainly not 5 Star as advertised.

Aesthetically nice but other than that very lacking. The air con was not functioning in our room and the control panel was not secured to the wall. Despite assurances it was being sorted it never was. We were promised a direct contact from the manager which also never came nor after leaving contact details at checkout. Staff didn’t communicate well with each other so things promised by one didn’t actually happen nor was it picked up on next shift. Also very disappointing that despite the website showing soft loungers at the rooftop pool all there was were hard tables and chairs - nowhere to actually relax. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Great location! Clean and modern. Steps to a beautiful beach and dining. Communication with hotel was great, quick replies. Definitely recommend. We were a family of 4 with two children.
