The ground floor offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) with air conditioning. There is also a bathroom with shower, a large covered loggia with a fully equipped kitchen, LCD TV, billiard table, and an open fireplace. On the first floor (entrance from outside via the terrace), a large kitchen with dining area, air conditioning and open fireplace is located. Steep stairs lead to the sleeping loft with two single beds (140 x 190 cm each). An additional, newly furnished room is located on the ground floor of your host's house, approx. 10 meters from the main house. The room is approx. 14 m2 and has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), a single bed (80 x 200 cm), air conditioning, TV and its own bathroom with shower and washing machine. Private entrance via the covered terrace with another protected sitting area with table and benches. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. Vermutlich hätte ich bezüglich unseres Hundes aber besser mehrmals nachfragen sollen, wie das Grundstück so ist. Es ist NICHT eingezäunt. Er kann also immer von da türmen. Ausserdem kommt die Katze „Ali“ regelmäßig vorbeischauen, was unseren Hund zum ausflippen brachten (gerne auch um 03:00 Morgens). Das hat den Aufenthalt für uns zerlegt, da unser Hund die meiste Zeit im Haus eingesperrt war. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Für die Betten inkl. Bettzeug schon. Die waren unbequem, knarzten schlimm (alle) und die Decken und Kissen waren teilweise sehr alt. Wir habe dort nicht gut geschlafen. Insgesamt gibt es wenig bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, alles quasi Holzbänke mit Kissen, urig halt. Auch ist die Beleuchtung ziemlich dunkel, gerade wenn man in der tollen Outdoorküche gemeinsam kocht, brauchten wir unsere Stirnlampe. In der Inndoorküche gab es Licht, die benutzten wir aber nicht, weil wir tolles Wetter hatten. Aber ok, man geht ja eh meistens zum Essen… Der Garten ist enorm und toll anzuschauen. Ws gibt einen Pool direkt vor der Terrasse, ein professionelles Beachvolleyball Feld (mega, wenn man das spielt!!!) Badminton Netz und so eine gemauerte Tischtennisplatte. Du musst aber deine Spielgeräte con zu Hause mitbringen, wenn du das nutzen möchtest. Ach ja, nicht so toll fanden wir, dass öfters Leute die Privatsphäre stören. Da das Grundstück so groß ist, gibt es zwei kleine (Gemüse)Äcker darauf, die bestellt werden müssen. Das führt dazu, dass halt Leute vor der Terrasse vorbeigehen, oder direkt daneben Unkraut jäten usw. … ist halt „urig“… Wir würden nicht mehr hinfahren. Ich bin aber selber schuld, da ich die Anzeige nicht aufmerksam genug gelesen habe und zu wenige Rückfragen gestellt habe. Ich hoffe ich konnte euch weiterhelfen! ##### Michael H. So haben wir uns den Urlaub vorgestellt. 2 Wochen voller Erholung. Für Kleinfamilien genau das richtige. Die Eltern konnten etwas länger ausschlafen und die Kinder waren beschäftigt. Egal ob im Pool, Biliard, Beachvolleyball, Tischtenis,... Die Gastgeberfamilie ist sehr gastfreundlich und wir waren herzlichst willkommen. Tagsüber hat man im Haus alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort und in der Umgebung für den normalen Haushalt genügend. Ans Meer zum Baden, oder Ausflüge in die Großstädte ist kein Problem. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca. 30min dort. Preis Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Haus ist sehr urig aber richtig schön. Die Schönheit des Hauses ist leider in den Bildern nicht wirklich zu erkennen. Man muss das wirklich vor Ort sehen. Wichtig ist aber zu wissen, es ist kein 7 Sterne Hotel. :-) Danke nochmals für alles. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. ##### Darko Z. ---
