This room opens up to the terrace and the swimming pool area. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning, providing direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and a freezer, ensuring you have everything you need for your culinary needs. There is also a separate WC on this level. The upper floor features a walk-through room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, and air conditioning. Another room has a pull-out bed (2 persons, 2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning, while the third room on this level offers two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/bidet/WC, and air conditioning.
