Private: property 500 m2 (fenced), lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Labin" 7 km, pebble beach 12 km. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property.
3-room semi-detached house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Living room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (200 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). No heating option. Balcony 10 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.
