Private: property 700 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 05.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 8.6 km, pebble beach 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 50 km from the property. Semi-detached house consists of 2 apartments rented as one unit.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace 14 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.
