The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 beautifully furnished, spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, you’ll find a large living room with carefully selected décor in soothing colours, as well as a bedroom. The living room is open-plan, connected to the dining room and kitchen. These rooms look out onto the steps leading down to the large, inviting swimming pool. Here you’ll find plenty of sun loungers tucked away in the shade of parasols for warm days, whilst the large pool is ready and waiting should you decide to take a dip to cool off. The garden extends into the outdoor area and offers plenty of leisure activities, such as a net for badminton and volleyball, a trampoline and a children’s play area – ideal for keeping the little ones entertained whilst you prepare your meals on the barbecue. With seating for up to 8 people in the outdoor dining area, you can enjoy your evenings overlooking the pool, with the green hills of Istria in the background. On the first floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms and two terraces. One terrace is covered, where you can play sports, whilst the other is perfect for sunbathing.

Villa Althea is situated in the village of Ruzici, in the heart of Istria’s enchanting hinterland, with its beautiful rolling hills and unspoilt nature – ideal for walking or cycling. Explore the hinterland and sample Istrian specialities such as truffles and prosciutto, or enjoy a glass of Istrian Malvazija whilst taking a trip along one of the wine trails. This location is also a good starting point if you’d like to visit other towns. Nearby are small but charming towns such as Labin and Rabac. Labin’s old town is situated on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula. It is a place where you’ll find numerous art studios, making it ideal for enjoying art at every turn as you stroll through the town. Rabac, a former fishing village, offers beautiful, natural beaches and good restaurants. In the Labin-Rabac area, you can enjoy tennis, mini-golf, beach volleyball, diving and various water sports, and the nearest beach is 12 km from the villa.
