It's the perfect combination of country living and the convenience of many superb beaches, tourist attractions, cafes & restaurants in the closest resort towns. The Casa Piano is a must-visit for family/friends/couples wanting a relieving stress getaway, as it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private swimming pool, a patio, a deck area, and an outdoor fireplace. Casa Piano is situated in the quiet village Zupanici. Practically it is the last house in the village. The outdoor area is completely private. It is conveniently located within a 3-minute drive to the grocery shop and a restaurant. The next town is Labin, a 10-minute drive distance to many supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, and a marketplace. The closest beach is in a resort town Rabac, a distant 20-minute drive with many beautiful pebble beaches, a long promenade, cocktail bars with live music, and boat excursions. LIVING ROOMOpen space area with a living room, dining area, and kitchen. Comfortable living room with an L shape sofa and a piano. Equipped with 55-inch smart satellite television and a free Netflix account. There is also a Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. Close to the living room is a guest toilet. KITCHEN & DINING AREAFully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a round dining table for six persons. BEDROOMSThere are three bedrooms in total. One ensuite bedroom on the ground floor with a direct access to the deck area and pool. It is equipped with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a bathroom attached. The second and third bedrooms are on the first floor. Both with king size beds (180x200 cm). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb von einer halben Stunde auch die kleinen und wenig besuchten Buchten zum Baden. In 10 Minuten erreicht man Labin. Hier gibt es große Supermärkte und einen Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Produkten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Nachbar hat uns mit frischem Gemüse und Obst aus dem Garten versorgt. Besser geht es nicht. Wir schätzen diese Gastfreundschaft und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle noch einmal. Branko és Marija a legkedvesebb és legvendégszeretőbb házigazdák, akikkel valaha találkoztunk. A sok figyelmesség, a tulajdonosok barátságos attitűdje igazán megható. Wir sind sehr früh gelandet, aber es war kein Problem schon wesentlich früher in das Haus zu kommen und auch eine Stunde später auschecken war möglich. Branko und Maria haben uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und waren die ganze Zeit über freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns z.B. Kekse oder Wein vorbeigenracht. Der Strand in Rabac ist in ca. 20 Fahrminuten und ein Lidl, dm oder Spar sind in ca. 15 Fahrminuten zu erreichen. In Labin gibt es schöne Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Unsere Zeit in Brankos Casa Piano war sehr schön. Branko (der Eigentümer) wohnt nebenan und war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Er hat uns super Tipps gegeben bezüglich Restaurants und Events in der Nähe. Waren absolut zufrieden und können es nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Man hat dort seine Ruhe, es ist etwas abgelegen in einem kleinen Dorf aber perfekt zum entspannen und die nächst größere Stadt labin sind auch nur ca 10 bis 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der schönste Urlaub den wir jemals hatten. Das Haus, so gemütlich, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Es war alles da was man braucht. Schön ist das es sehr ruhig ist, man aber zugleich in 10 Minuten bei den Supermärkten ist. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag für mehrere Stunden genutzt. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft von Branko und Maria, die immer wieder was vorbei gebracht haben. Francesco und seine Frau sind super liebe Menschen. Sie waren immer zur Stelle und haben sich darum gekümmert, dass alles gepasst hat und wir zufrieden waren. Das Haus ist ein Traum, genauso wie auf den Bildern und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Ein Supermarkt ist auch mit dem Auto in 8 Minuten zu erreichen und die Strände in der Nähe sind auch schön. Wir waren aber fast nur beim Haus, weil wir uns wie gesagt so wohl gefühlt haben und der Pool auch super war. Nach Pula dauert es nur 1 Stunde mit dem Auto. Wir haben auch viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend bekommen und konnten uns bei Fragen immer an ihn wenden. Wir durften zu fünft 14 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Haus verbringen. Es ist alles sehr toll eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Bis nach Labin fährt man ca. 10min um die Dinge des alltäglichen einzukaufen. Bis Meer sind es schon mal 30 min wenn man nicht gleich die erste Bucht nimmt aber der Weg lohnt sich. Das Haus liegt super ruhig und man kann super entspannen. Unsere Gastgeber waren super freundlich. Wir werden uns an die gemeinsamen Abende noch lange erinnern - Maria und Branko ihr seit wundervolle Menschen! Irgendwann kommen wir wieder. Danke für die tolle Zeit! Kretzschmar 8 Aug 2024 #### Lovely and comfortable place for stay! Absolute Empfehlung!!!! Eines der besten Airbnb's in denen wir bisher waren! Super schönes und neues Haus, mit tollem Pool! Überdachte Terasse mit Grillküche, alles sehr gut ausgestattet! Außergewöhnlich war die Gastfreundschaft von Branko und seiner Frau, die nebenan wohnen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und mit Produkten aus der Region verwöhnt, frische Melone/Fisch/Ziegenmilch. Die Lage mit Weitblick in den Wald ist einfach schön und der große Pool ein absolutes Highlight! Mit dem Auto ist man in 20/30 Minuten bei den wunderschönen Stränden und auch Supermärkte sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Casa Piano war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ideal für gemeinsame Kochabende. Besonders genossen haben wir die großzügige Terrasse und den privaten Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kartoffeln frisch ausgebuddelt, Suppe oder Wein gab es zwischendurch auch! Einfach herzlich. Die Tipps von Jelena für lokale Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten haben unseren Urlaub noch unvergesslicher gemacht. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und ideal zum Entspannen. Strände und Restaurants sind weiter entfernt. Bis nach Labin (nächste Stadt) fährt man gute 10-15 Minuten durch die Pampa. Aber eben perfekt um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir können Casa Piano jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren im Sommer als Familie zwei Wochen in der Casa Piano. Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Vor allem der Pool und das viele Grün drumherum, haben es uns angetan. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe, keine störende Straße, Natur pur. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Istrien, sodass wir zu allen Ausflugszielen gut gelangen konnten. Wir wurden bei der Anreise herzlich empfangen und mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass das Haus eine gute Grundausstattung an Alltäglichen hat (Öl, Salz, Kaffee, Tee usw.). Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Branco und seine Frau Maria, welche uns immer wieder mit Tipps und mit hervorragendem Essen versorgt haben. Die beiden sind äußerst liebenswert und waren auch zu unseren Kindern sehr freundlich.
